- The Savannahs Algarve (Portugal): 10 hectares plot with approved masterplan for 300+ ultra luxury apartments and townvilla’s (70 – 275 m²), piazza with 3 restaurants/10 shops, community center, spa & wellness center, medical center, nursing home, hospice and sports facilities. Opening Phase 1: Q4 2026-Q1 2027.
- The Savannahs Phuket (Thailand): 30 hectares plot with masterplan for 1.100+ ultra luxury apartments, townvilla’s and detached villa’s (70 – 300 m²), piazza with restaurants/shops, art & craft workshops, outdoor + indoor spa & wellness center, medical center, nursing home, hospice and sports facilities. Opening Phase 1: Q2 2027.
